Maronya Moultrie has been an integral part of Information Management Resources, Inc. (IMRI) since 2009. She currently serves as the President, a position she assumed in January 2024 after demonstrating her strategic acumen and operational efficiency.
In her current role as President, Ms. Moultrie shapes IMRI’s strategic direction and future growth. She oversees daily operations, driving sales and profitability while managing resources efficiently. She supervises key departments including Human Resources, Delivery, Business Development, Legal and Contracts, and Finance. Her leadership fosters a success-oriented environment within the company, and her decisions significantly impact the company’s direction and performance.
Before rising to the role of President, Ms. Moultrie refined her leadership skills within IMRI as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and General Counsel for over 10 years. In these roles, she streamlined operations, managed corporate risks, and worked closely with the business development team and program managers to sell high-level IT and cybersecurity solutions to federal, state and local, and commercial sectors.
Prior to serving as COO, Ms. Moultrie expanded IMRI’s reach as the Senior Vice President of Business Development based in Washington, DC. She cultivated relationships with significant defense integrators and federal agencies, directly aiding IMRI’s growth strategy for the Federal Division in the National Capital Region.
Prior to joining IMRI, Ms. Moultrie honed her legal skills in New York City at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, a globally recognized law firm serving three-quarters of Fortune 100 companies. As an employment attorney, she represented employers in individual, class, and collective action litigation, as well as administrative agency actions concerning federal, state, and local labor and employment laws.
Ms. Moultrie is a practicing attorney admitted to practice in New York, Washington, DC, and California (as a CA Registered In-House Counsel), which brings a unique legal perspective to her role. She holds a Juris Doctorate from The University of Chicago Law School and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California at Santa Barbara.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Ms. Moultrie is deeply involved in community service. She serves as a Trustee for Chapman University, sits on the Board of Directors for the Capistrano Valley Boys & Girls Clubs, and is a member of the Orange County Bar Association and the Thurgood Marshall Bar Association. Her leadership extends beyond the corporate world, reflecting her dedication to making a positive impact on the wider community.
